Many changes in my life since our last Reunion. I sold my house, moved in with daughter and son-in-law, we are planning to purchase a home together in the near future. My sweet fur baby Mollie crossed over the Rainbow Bridge in Sept 2021 - so grateful for the 13 awesome years with her. We missed having a fur baby in the house so in December we brought home Zoey, a deep brown Boxer pup full of puppiness.

Our 45th Reunion -"Take time for the Sea" September 24, 2019 was a success!! It was an evening full of awesome music, great food and amazing conversations. A big THANK YOU to all who made it the evening one to remember.

Now it's time for the '74 Class Reunion Committee to start plans for our 50th Class Reunion in 2024. If you have suggestions please send via this website.

Planning our Reunions has brought together a great group of classmates & friends; it is a privilege to work them - the '74 Class Reunion Crew. Our goal is to continue planning events and gatherings that will provide opportunities to come together as group (large or small) to reconnect & reminisce with old friends and classmates. Looking forward to our next Reunion - we hope to see a huge flock of Condors!

From Wendy: After living in blissful solitude for many years, Dana Postil (Cal Hi '75) and I got married in December 2010. He was the funny guy who sat in front of me in Mr. Mathews' Theatre Arts class for two nonconsecutive years. We connected on a 'social network' in the summer of '10. We'd both been single for several years, and it all worked out just great! I loved being single, and I love being married, too, ...MOST of the time!

Charles Nolin and I after the Cal Hi 1974, 75, 76 reunion football game. I had a blast our reunion weekend. Looking forward to our 35th class Reunion " Back to the Beach" in 2009.

I have been married going on 31 years to Dale (Whittier class of 74), we have two boys Mark 29 and Sean 16 and one daughter in-law Jennifer.

After High School I went into the military, after 3 years in the Army I finally got serious about studding. I moved to Houston to be with family and go to college. I have been here in the Houston area now for 29 years working as a designer the Petro/Chem industry.

I have two boys, 26 and 19 both still here in the Houston area.

I enjoy unicycling, table tennis, softball, gardening and computers.

I have been happily married for 2 whole years now.

I have been a way from Whittier sense I was 17, I did not keep up with anyone so I would really enjoy hearing from ya’ll.
Thanks to all that gave me great memories from the Calhi band and drill team. God bless you all.

THEN I CAME BACK TO WHITTIER, GOT A JOB AT THE SANTA FE RAILROAD (FIFTH GENERATION) AND MARRIED A NICE CATHOLIC GIRL FROM ST.PAUL. BRIDGET AND I HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 29 YEARS WE HAVE TWO DAUGHTERS, LAURYL,20 AND LISA 18, BOTH OF WHOM ATTEND THE UNIVERSITY OF LA VERNE. STILL WORKING FOR THE RAILROAD, AFTER 30 YEARS LOTS OF CHANGES, BUT I CAN'T WAIT FOR RETIREMENT.....'I GOT BETTER THINGS TO DO'! I THINK THE 'REDWOOD SHACK' NEEDS A NEW COAT OF PAINT AND THE PICNIC TABLES OFFER A MUCH BETTER VIEW WHEN PLACED ON THE ROOF.....YOU CAN SEE THAT V-DUB ON THE ROOF, TOO! From Susan:After I left Calhi I married my highschool sweetheart ( went to La Serna) should have know better, but I got 3 beautiful children out of it. Heather 33, Kristin 27 and Tim 21. I also have 3 Grandchildren Nicole 15, Joe 13 and Wyland 9. I worked for my parents restaurant Franks Italian Deli on Valley Home and Whittier until I went into the Hotel business. I basically love anything that involves cooking and baking and hope to do it professionally some day. Would love to hear from any of the old gang. I left Whittier 20 years ago so I have alot of Catching up to do.
